Soochow University offered a delegation of teachers and students from Chung Ling Private High School in Malaysia an immersive experience of university-level learning and AI-enhanced education during their visit on March 27, 2026.

As one of the University’s key overseas partner institutions, Chung Ling has maintained long-standing collaboration with Soochow in student recruitment and academic exchange. The visit further strengthened ties between the two institutions.

The program featured an introduction to the University and a specially designed micro-course, allowing visiting students to experience classroom learning firsthand.

Delivered by Professor Chun-Ming Yang from the Department of International Business, the session, titled “Decoding Brands: Why Some Succeed While Others Fail,” introduced key concepts such as brand elements, brand image, and positioning. Through case studies, students explored how brands build differentiation and competitive advantage, gaining early exposure to marketing perspectives.

Following the session, the delegation participated in a campus tour. At Soochow’s Memory Archives, the students learned about the university’s development through interactive multimedia exhibits.

The group also visited the NVIDIA Classroom, an innovative learning space that integrates artificial intelligence into teaching. The students interacted with Kebbi, an AI-powered companion robot, and experienced firsthand the application of AI technologies in education.

Soochow University remains committed to fostering a diverse and high-quality international learning environment. Through forward-looking programs and innovative curriculum design, the University aims to equip students with professional expertise and global competitiveness.
