The director of The International Affairs Center, Xin-Yi Huang, assistant, Xian-Ding Zhu, staff member, Qing-Ru Yiu and the sophomore of our Political Science Department, Han-Guang Chen (an overseas student from HK, and also the alumni of the Prep-school for Overseas Student) held an Information Session for the 104th school year at National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) in Linkou. 120 overseas students took part in it on April 22, 2015.
The overseas students who study at the Prep-school of NTNU will graduate on June 30 this year. They will fill in a list of preferences for colleges and departments based on their performance and at the fourth distribution by the Overseas Universities and Colleges Admissions Service they will be assigned to specific universities to study. This year, our school will enroll 25 to 30 overseas students. In order to allow outstanding overseas students to study at Soochow University, the director of The International Affairs Center, Xin-Yi Huang and a staff member in charge of the admission held the Information Session at the Prep-school at noon and guided the overseas students to write down their list of preferences.
The director of the Prep-school for Overseas Students of NTNU and Soochow University alumna, Ya-Xun Tsai, not only warmly received the members of our Information Session but also chatted warmly with them. She promised to meet the requirements of the Information Session and invited our school to participate in the educational fair for the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Prep-schoolthis November.
