A capacity crowd was drawn to the very first session of the Soochow University-SinoPac Holdings Forum on Digital Currency and Finance on December 16th, 2021, at SU’s Downtown Campus as a number of distinguished panelists exchanged thoughts on blockchain, business trends, NFT, and Metaverse.
SU President Wei-Ta Pan especially thanked SinoPac Holdings for its support in promoting the dialogue between industry and academia, and encouraged more energies devoted to business models which integrate technology and humanity, as well as the establishment of professional systems for information security.
Speakers sharing their views at the Forum included many experts or professionals from some big-name companies, such as STARBIT/Jcard, VIVEPORT, HTC VIVE, SinoPac Holdings, Acer Gadget, Ficus Data, etc., and the business media/column Idea Farm.
As this first session fared successfully, SU’s Digital Currency and Financial Research Center looked forward to the second session that will be held between February to March, 2022, with the theme of "Trends of Digital Finance Development in 2022".
